Stats Rule:

Every team MUST email game results in to our statisticians within 24 hours of game completion. If a team is late twice, they lose 1 point in the standings. If they continue to be late, the team will lose 1 point for each time they are late.

Coaches must include final score, and goals scored by their own team, as well as assists by their own team, plus player number. Also they must list what players were absent from their team, if any players received any suspendable penalties, and who was in net for the game.

It is your responsibility to ensure you pick up a copy of the game sheet after the game from the referees.

Morgan Firestone
Refs leave the coach copies on the floor outside their door, which is in the hallway between dressing room 2 and 3.

Spring Valley
Refs leave the coach copies on the shelf outside their door, which is beyond the players’ benches, and just before dressing room 5 (in the Zamboni area)

Quad
Check the ref room closest to your rink and get it directly from the refs right after your game. DO NOT DELAY – ONCE THEY LEAVE, THE GAMESHEETS ARE GONE FOR 1-2 WEEKS.

Here’s a sample format, if the coach of the Penguins was emailing in game results (please note that your divisional statistician may request this information in an email or a spreadsheet or a scan of the gamesheet – they will let you know how they want it and it is up to you to ensure you provide it in the format they require):

Penguins Goals - #7 Smith (2 goals), #4 Hancock (1 goal), #2 Carter (1 goal)
Penguins Assists - #15 Balardo (1 assist), #16 Gretzky (1 assist)
Absent - #8 Fletcher, #5 Meilleur
Goalie – Granatier

This should be a quick 5 minute email after reach game. Here’s a great way to get a parent to step up and take some responsibility – don’t feel you need to do this task yourself, you just need to make sure it gets done.
